Music lessons are located at 1151 Fisher road (see map below).
Minstrels programs run from September to June, as well as offering some summer programs. We offer instruction on virtually every band, orchestral, or keyboard instrument, as well as all voice types. Our flexible and diverse faculty is comfortable teaching in all styles of music, and we are happy to provide instruction at all levels of theory and history to accommodate those students on academic tracks.

KC and the Tom Katz play smooth and upbeat standards that have been performed by some of the great women of song including Diana Krall, Lady Gaga, Audra McDonald, Natalie Cole, Anita O'Day, Sarah Vaughan, and Billie Holiday, to name a few. Be ready to swing to jazzy standards such as Fly Me to the Moon, Hit That Jive Jack, The Lady is a Tramp, and Blue Skies, then chillin' back to smooth standards such as Peel Me a Grape, Bye Bye Blackbird, Sway and Sunday Kind of Love. The band is proud to be comprised of accomplished musicians who all call Vancouver Island home. The group has played for intimate audiences such as the Masthead in Cowichan Bay, to larger audiences at pubs and wineries. They can also be heard at numerous festivals and events throughout Vancouver Island.
